PFC explained the new identification procedure for pensioners: how not to lose payments.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine noted that IDPs must undergo identification to receive pension payments. This applies to pensioners who were registered before 24.02.2022 and receive pensions at JSC "Oschadbank".
Physical identification should be carried out every six months. For this, you can choose several methods, such as visiting a branch of JSC "Oschadbank" or service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine with a document proving your identity. You can also use your personal account on the PFC e-services web portal or undergo identification by mail if the pensioner is abroad. The third method is video identification in the territorial bodies of the PFC. In addition, you can make an appointment for identification through the e-services web portal or the PFC contact center.
Video identification lasts up to 30 calendar days from the date of application and usually takes about 20 minutes. During the session, the pensioner needs to state their name and personal data, show their passport, and answer a few questions.
The result of video identification is sent to the email and stored in the personal account on the PFC web portal and in the electronic pension file.
