In Lviv, a minibus driver insulted a former combatant, Olena Lubenska, over her free travel certificate. She shared this story on social media. The defender got into the minibus, and the driver started collecting money. When it was Lubenska's turn, she showed him her combatant certificate. However, the driver not only insulted her but also began to question where she got it and where she purchased it. Lubenska replied that she had been at war. The driver threatened to check her documents and contact the Security Service of Ukraine and other authorities. He concluded that Lubenska was a 'UBDshnytsia'. The woman decided to record the conflict with the driver on video. She emphasized that such treatment of military personnel cannot be acceptable and that society should know about it. She also noted that all passengers in the minibus helplessly watched the conflict, which they did not understand.
