Rubio revealed US plans for multi-billion foreign aid.

The US is beginning to review its foreign aid policy. This was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The US does not plan to withdraw support for other states, but significant improvements in the system are needed. Rubio believes that foreign aid should be provided correctly for the country.
The Secretary of State expressed concern about the distribution of funds amounting to 40 to 60 billion dollars each year. He dismisses the assumption that all existing expenses are reasonable, calling them 'absurd'.
Under a new initiative, the US government plans to conduct a comprehensive audit of aid programs implemented through the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the State Department.
The audit aims to identify projects that align with US interests on the international stage.
Rubio emphasizes the need to stop funding ineffective programs and projects that may oppose American interests in the world.
Previously, Rubio proposed a new Lend-Lease law for Ukraine.
