Not just marriage: a long-awaited service will appear in Diya.

The 'Diya' app will soon offer a divorce service. This was announced by the Deputy Director for the Development of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Valeria Koval.
According to her, developers are already analyzing the effectiveness of implementing such a service. 'We are currently studying the processes and technical aspects,' Koval noted.
She also mentioned that online divorce will be a continuation of the online marriage service, which is already available in the 'Diya' app. Couples can already get married online, and more than two thousand couples have already taken advantage of this opportunity.
It is planned that the 'Diya' app will allow couples to divorce if they have no common minor children and no conflicts regarding property division.
Ministry representatives believe that this innovation will significantly simplify bureaucratic procedures and free citizens from the need to personally visit state institutions. Electronic documents for marriage, divorce, birth, and name change are already available in the application.
New services in the 'Diya' app were previously announced.
