A cyclone with wet snow down to -15° will cover part of Ukraine on the last day of winter.

Weather forecaster Natalia Didenko published the weather forecast in Ukraine for the last day of winter.
According to her, winter will end with the arrival of a 'compact small cyclone' named Reiner along with an occlusion front.
“Let me remind you that an occlusion front is when a cold front catches up with a warm one, and they ultimately merge into one - an occlusion front. Where there are atmospheric fronts, there are usually precipitations. This will also happen tomorrow in the western regions of Ukraine - the cyclone with the front will bring rain and wet snow. Strong southeast winds will accompany the precipitation,” Didenko explained.
Most areas of Ukraine are expected to have light rain and wet snow.
The lowest temperatures will be in Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, and Poltava regions, where at night thermometers will show from -10 to -15 degrees.
In most regions of Ukraine, night temperatures will range from -2 to -6 degrees, with around zero in the west.
During the day, temperatures are expected to range from +0 to +6 degrees (in the western regions, temperatures will drop due to precipitation), while in the east of the country it will be a few degrees colder - from -3 freezing to +2 warming.
In Kyiv, night temperatures will be from -2 to -4 degrees, and during the day from +2 to +4 degrees. In the second half of the day, the wind may strengthen, blowing from the southeast. No precipitation is expected in the capital.
Spring will begin with wet weather and moderate frosts at night, and cool days - a typical early spring atmosphere, Didenko emphasized.
