The Ministry of Economy has launched a chatbot for industrial park investors
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has introduced a new tool for industrial park investors - a chatbot. It will help quickly find and evaluate an industrial park for placing a business, as well as provide information about the process of its creation.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindratyiv added that the chatbot is a great initiative that conveniently and quickly provides information about industrial parks and helps investors with their choices. This new tool is another step towards supporting investments in Ukraine and developing industry.
Chatbot users will be able to receive up-to-date information about industrial parks, select parks based on specified criteria, obtain contacts of managing companies, consult on legal issues and the park's creation process, as well as contact specialists from the Ministry of Economy.
The chatbot launch is carried out by calling, following the link, or scanning the QR code.

For 2025, the state budget allocates UAH 500 million for this program, with possible additional funding if necessary.
