Zelensky responded to Putin's words about 'surrounding the Armed Forces of Ukraine' in Kursk.

Ukrainian troops are not surrounded in Kursk - Zelensky
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukrainian troops are not surrounded in Kursk, but warned about the buildup of Russian forces.
According to Zelensky, Ukrainian troops continue to fight against Russian and North Korean forces in the Kursk region, but they also face a possible attack on the Sumy region.
Zelensky noted that Russia is trying to push Ukrainian troops from their foothold in western Russia, which led to US President Donald Trump's statement about 'surrounding thousands of people.'
This indicates an intention to attack our Sumy region. We know this and will resist. I want all our partners to understand what Putin is planning, what he is preparing for, and how he will ignore', - said Zelensky.
Zelensky also emphasized that Russia continues to build up its forces, disregarding diplomacy.
In addition, he reported that the situation in the area of Pokrovsk has 'stabilized', and Ukraine successfully tested a new domestic missile during combat operations.
Earlier, Zelensky announced the development of a detailed agreement with the USA regarding mineral resources.
