Meeting of Volodymyr Zelensky with the British delegation
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held important negotiations with a high-ranking British delegation led by the Chief of the Defense Staff of the United Kingdom, Admiral Sir Anthony Radakin, who arrived in Kyiv on an official visit.
Key military leaders of Ukraine participated in the strategic meeting - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi and Chief of the General Staff Anatolii Burhylovich.
The parties focused on issues of bilateral defense cooperation, especially in the context of the technological enhancement of the Ukrainian armed forces.
'We are grateful to your people and government for the long-term support from the United Kingdom. Our countries have good contacts and strong cooperation,' emphasized Volodymyr Zelensky during the meeting.
A separate item on the agenda was the discussion of Ukraine's current military needs and the prospects for further support from international partners.
