The Ukrainian amputee football team is preparing for a historic match: where to watch the game.
The League of Strong's national team will play a friendly match against the Belgium national team
The Ukrainian national team of the League of Strong will meet the Belgium Red Flamingos national team. This is a special match that will take place for the first Time in the team's history. The game will be held on March 22 at the Jos Vaessen Talent Academy field in Genk. The League of Strong's team consists of amputee footballers from different regions of Ukraine, many of whom are military personnel or war veterans. The team's coach is Bohdan Kulinich. The match will be broadcast on the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF). Before traveling to Belgium, the League of Strong team went for a training camp in Cherkasy. The team also met with representatives of FC LNZ (Cherkasy), who expressed their support for the athletes.
Injury of Maksym Talovyerov
One of the defenders of the Ukrainian national team, Maksym Talovyerov, suffered a knee injury and is returning to England for treatment. Therefore, he will not be able to join the League of Strong team for the matches against the Belgium national team.
