As part of a criminal investigation, the Romanian prosecutor has accused 65-year-old actor Jean-Claude Van Damme of trafficking in sexual services. According to the publication 'Glavkom', the prosecutor claims that Van Damme facilitated the exploitation of five women.

According to the lawyer, Van Damme is accused of relationships with women who were knowingly subjected to exploitation. One of the victims reported that the incidents occurred in Cannes, France, over 10 years ago.

The head of the criminal network has been identified as Romanian businessman Morel Bolea, who is the president of the non-profit organization EuroDemos and the owner of the modeling agency Kasta Morrely. He was arrested in November 2022 for engaging with minors. Law enforcement has launched an investigation into sexual and psychological abuse of girls in his organizations.

Information indicates that from 2000 to 2016, several minors became victims of Bolea through his local organization and modeling agency in the municipality of Iasi. The criminal group also operated in other European Union countries and Canada, using women for meetings with celebrities and businessmen.

It should be noted that a woman who accused former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson of rape retracted her statements before a U.S. district court. Brazilian footballer Dani Alves has also been cleared of allegations of rape.

The accusations against Jean-Claude Van Damme are part of a criminal case concerning a criminal network in Romania. This network exploited women, including minors, to meet the needs of celebrities and influential figures. The case is still ongoing, and it will be interesting to see how it develops.
