They Are Ready to Die: Ambassador Compared Mobilization in Ukraine and Israel.

The ambassador of Israel in Ukraine, Michael Brodsky, was asked about Israel's position on military assistance to Ukraine and relations with Russia. He stated that Israel supports Ukraine but does not provide military assistance due to security risks. He also denied information about transferring Russian weapons to Ukraine, calling it 'a broken telephone.'
The ambassador also noted that relations with Russia are 'complicated,' but Israel strives to maintain ties with the country without violating international norms. This is related to Russia's influence in the Middle East and the presence of the Jewish community in Russia.
The ambassador also explained that there are no problems with serving in the army in Israel, as everyone, including the children of officials, serves in the army. He emphasized that such a system has developed over many years in the context of ongoing war or the threat of war.
The ambassador also stated that a truce with 'Hamas' will require serious negotiations to achieve complete disarmament of the group. Israel is also ready to continue military operations.
Regarding the recognition of the Holodomor as genocide, the ambassador said that there is no formal recognition in Israel, but its facts are not disputed.
