The conditions for the privatization of 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim', which belonged to a Russian oligarch, have been defined.


The privatization of 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' – price and conditions established
The auction commission has set the starting price and conditions for the privatization of the 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' plant. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The starting sale price of the object is 301,406,452 UAH.
Conditions for the privatization of the state share of PrJSC 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' have also been developed, in particular:
- Preservation of the main types of activities of the society.
- Repayment of salary debts and to the budget within six months.
- Payment of overdue creditor debts.
- It is important to note that creditor debts are not returned to persons subject to special economic sanctions and representatives of the Russian Federation.
- Social guarantees for employees and prevention of layoffs within six months.
- The purchaser is not allowed to further sell, transfer or lease the property to persons subject to special economic sanctions and representatives of the Russian Federation.
“In the nearest future, the Fund will submit the conditions for privatization and the initial price of the share package of PrJSC 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' for government approval, after which the auction date will be set,” the message states.
Recall that in July 2024, Ukraine nationalized the 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' plant, which belonged to the Russian oligarch Viktor Kononov for the amount of 2 billion UAH. It was reported that based on materials from the Security Service, the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice regarding the transfer of PrJSC 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim' to the revenue of Ukraine, owned by the Russian oligarch Viktor Kononov. According to the materials of the proceedings, this enterprise produced cosmetics and household chemicals under brands such as 'Ushasty Nyan', 'Mister Chister', 'Sarma', etc.
Subsequently, on February 14, the Cabinet of Ministers included 'Vinnytsiapobutkhim', which belonged to the Russian oligarch Viktor Kononov, in the list of large-scale privatization objects of state property.
