Teacher in a Private School - What the Law Says About Deferral.

Funding for an educational institution, whether public or private, does not matter for teachers to obtain a deferral from mobilization. It is important to have an official license.
Lawyer Vladislav Deriy explained that employees in the education sector have the right to a deferral from mobilization regardless of the type of institution they work for.
Private Schools and Mobilization Deferral
Legally, employees of private schools may obtain a deferral from mobilization if they have the appropriate teaching position. For example, a teacher from a private school can do this.
It is important for the private educational institution to be licensed, and if the deferral is denied, it can be challenged in court or reapplied with a cover letter.
Thus, even employees of private schools with a license from the Ministry of Education and Science must have the appropriate teaching position to obtain a deferral from mobilization.
In conversations on 'Yuristy.UA', it was emphasized that the funding of the educational institution does not hinder obtaining a deferral from mobilization for teaching staff working in private schools with the relevant license.
