Earthquake recorded in one of the regions of Ukraine.


Earthquake in Poltava Region
On Sunday, November 9 at 20:29, an earthquake occurred in the Poltava region, recorded by the main special control center. According to its data, the power of the earthquake was 3.0 on the Richter scale, and the depth of the epicenter was 8 km.
According to the center's report: "The earthquake occurred in the area of the village of Vasky, Poltava district, Poltava region. The tremors were very weakly felt. It had a barely noticeable nature, and only some people who were in buildings on the upper floors could observe it."
This is not the first earthquake that has occurred in Ukraine this year. Previously, on October 23, an earthquake with a depth of 3 km was also recorded in the Chernivtsi region. Additionally, on October 8, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 was registered near Kryvyi Rih.
It is worth noting that in September of this year in the eastern part of the Black Sea near the Crimean peninsula, an earthquake also occurred at a depth of 6 km, but it did not pose a threat to the population of Ukraine. Furthermore, a 5.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Romania in the Vrancea County area on the east of the country.
