ISW reported on the situation at the front: what is happening in the Kursk region and Donbas.


The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to advance towards the northern part of Novoivanivka in the Kursk region. At the same Time, in Donbas, Russian occupiers are also advancing.
This information was confirmed by analysts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
According to geolocation footage on November 8, the Armed Forces of Ukraine made minor movements towards the brown in the northern part of Novoivanivka, which is located southeast of Korenevo.
At the same time, several Russian military bloggers reported that Russian troops have intensified their attacks in the Korenevsky district, despite claims from other bloggers about the stability of the front line in the vast majority of areas.
ISW reports that Russian occupiers have recently advanced south of Chasiv Yar. According to geolocation data on November 8, enemy troops moved into the northern area of the mine to the east of Stupochki.
There was also information from Russian sources about the capture of the mine and crossing of the Siversky Donets-Donbas canal southwest of Klishchiivka.
It was also reported that Russian troops advanced approximately 3 km along the northern and southern flanks of Chasiv Yar, but ISW has not yet received visual confirmation of these claims.
Occupants are also continuing offensive operations in the Bondarny area, within Chasiv Yar itself, as well as in the areas of Bilya Hora and Stupochki on November 7 and 8.
Earlier, a military figure explained how the Russians are enlisting soldiers from the DPRK for combat operations.
