Ukrainians may lose their mobilization exemption: who and in what cases.

Ukrainians were explained in which cases they can lose their mobilization exemption.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitalii Kindratov talked about this during the telethon 'Unified News'.
Businesses wishing to obtain exemptions for their male employees must provide them with a monthly salary of no less than 20,000 hryvnias. If this condition is not met, the enterprise may lose the right to exemption. This is one of the main criteria.
According to Kindratov, non-compliance with the salary level of employees can serve as a basis for revoking the critical status of the entire enterprise for no less than six months.
Three main criteria for obtaining critical status have been defined:
- The salary level per employee must be at least 20,000 hryvnias;
- No tax and fee arrears;
- Compliance with one additional criterion depending on the specifics of the enterprise for obtaining critical status.
Kindratov explained that the main reason for tying status to salary levels lies in previous abuses. Some companies artificially inflated salaries and then lowered them after obtaining status.
'If the salary of the employee that the enterprise is exempting is less than 20,000 UAH, the organization determining the enterprise's criticality will note this. This may lead to a temporary cancellation of critical status,' Kindratov explained.
We remind that a lawyer explained whether exemptions can be canceled due to discrepancies in the Rezerv+ data.
