A major failure occurred in the 'Privat24' app: what is known.


On the evening of February 25, a technical error occurred in the mobile application 'Privat24', which may create problems for the bank's clients. This was reported by 'Glavkom'.
'Operation execution error. Please try again later', - the message in the app states. Users note that during transactions, payments are not processed or it is even impossible to log into the app.
It is still unknown what caused this problem. There have been no official announcements regarding technical difficulties in 'Privat24' from PrivatBank. There is also no information about planned maintenance.
It is worth noting that on the evening of November 18, there was also a failure in the operation of the mobile application 'Privat24', as well as problems with the website. Users complain that they cannot log into the app neither via phone nor computer.
Additionally, PrivatBank signed a contract with 'Spetsvuzavtomatika' LLC for the purchase of three luxury mobile phones for a total cost of 145.6 thousand UAH. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to data from the state procurement system ProZorro.
The contractor is to deliver Apple iPhone 16 smartphones worth 44.8 thousand UAH, Apple iPhone 16 Pro for 56.3 thousand UAH and Apple iPhone 15 Plus for 44.5 thousand UAH to Kyiv by February 12. All devices must be black and have built-in memory capacity of 128 GB.
