New evidence has emerged in the case of the murder of Iryna Farion.

New evidence has been found in the case of the murder of Iryna Farion, confirming the presence of suspect Zinchenko at the crime scene. This was reported by Farion's daughter's lawyer, Natalia Romanyk, in an interview with "Ukrainian News".
According to her, Zinchenko's detention was extended until November 17 due to new evidence from the odorological examination. This evidence confirms the presence of the suspect at the crime scene with a probability of 99.99%, which contradicts his statements.
Odorological examination is a type of biological research that uses scent traces. It is similar to the study of papillary lines because scent traces are unique, like DNA. This examination is conducted with the help of specialists and special detector dogs.
The lawyer also noted that Farion's daughter would not provide more information on the pre-trial investigation so as not to interfere with the investigation.
