In Poland, the premiere of the film in which a Ukrainian woman died will take place.

The film "Rust", in which the cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died, will have its world premiere at the Camerimage festival in Torun, Poland, in November. This was reported by Variety.
It is the third year after the tragedy when Hutchins was accidentally killed on the set during the filming of the western "Rust" by director Alec Baldwin.
After the premiere, there will be a panel discussion with the participation of director Joel Souza, who was also injured in this incident, and cinematographer Bianca Cline. Stephen Lighthill, Hutchins' mentor from the American Film Institute, will also be present. They will discuss the completion of the film, on-set safety, and the role of women in cinematography.
Recall that the tragedy occurred on October 21, 2021, during the filming of "Rust" in New Mexico. Baldwin accidentally shot Hutchins and Souza. Hutchins died in the hospital, and the director was injured.
Earlier, "Glavcom" reported that Alec Baldwin was sued by Hutchins' parents and sister from Ukraine.
