An 11-year-old boy from Kryvyi Rih saved his family from a Russian strike.
On the night of November 11-12, the occupiers carried out an attack on a multi-story building in Kryvyi Rih, leading to fires and destruction on several floors. Four people died as a result of this attack, and another 11 were injured.
Platon Tolstyi, an 11-year-old boy from Kryvyi Rih, displayed bravery and intelligence in saving his mother and sister from a ballistic strike. He quickly led them into the corridor during the alarm, which became the only intact part of the building. The attack on November 11 resulted in the deaths of four people and injuries to 14 others. Among the injured was Platon himself, but he has since recovered and returned to his studies. He currently lives with relatives along with his family. He doesn’t dwell on the loss of his belongings and only dreams of victory. The boy's relatives express their gratitude for the lives saved.

On November 11, Russian occupiers attacked Kryvyi Rih, resulting in damage to residential buildings. According to Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Administration, one of the entrances was completely destroyed in a building in Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the horrific attack, four people died, including a mother and three children. The father survived.
It was also reported that the occupiers attacked the Nikopol region, damaging a medical facility, and a 30-year-old doctor was killed.
It is worth mentioning that throughout October 2024, the Russian Federation seized more territory in Ukraine than in any other month since mid-2022.
