Partial damage to the honorary consulate of Lithuania in Kherson is the result of a Russian attack. This was reported by Lithuania's Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys in his social media post, accompanied by a photo from the scene.
These are the consequences at the honorary consulate of Lithuania in Kherson after the New Year 'greeting' from Russia. Such brutality and destruction must be put to an end.
According to Budrys, Ukraine needs to receive more air defense means and other capabilities to achieve victory over the aggressor.
Recall that on January 2, a minibus was shelled in Kherson, resulting in five people being injured.
According to reports, in the first three days of 2025, Russia carried out over 300 drone attacks and 20 missile strikes on Ukraine. Most of them were intercepted by air defense and electronic warfare means.
It was also reported that on January 3, the enemy carried out a triple missile strike on residential buildings on the outskirts of Chernihiv. Several residential buildings were partially destroyed, one person died, and five were injured.
