The Guardian: The US and the UK have already privately decided to allow Ukraine long-range strikes on Russia.

According to The Guardian, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken hinted at the White House's readiness to lift restrictions on the use of Ukrainian weapons of Western production against military targets in Russia. The corresponding decision has already been made. During a visit to Kyiv, Antony Blinken stated that the US is always ready to adapt its policy to the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine. He also said that he would report this to Joe Biden.
UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy noted that Iran's supply of ballistic missiles to Moscow changed strategic thinking in Washington and London.
The Guardian reports that the decision to allow Ukraine to use cruise missiles against targets inside Russia has already been made and will be announced during Joe Biden's meeting with David Lammy in Washington. The newspaper notes that this week a group of US senators urged Biden to "immediately lift" restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range missiles.
Ukraine has been lobbying for permission to strike Russian territory for several months. Kira Rudik, a member of the Ukrainian parliament, hopes to hear the long-awaited decision that would allow Ukraine to hit Russia with Atacms missiles.
