On Monday, November 11, a march took place in Warsaw to celebrate the Independence Day of Poland. According to RMF24, the march proceeded without incidents, but there were several detentions.

Tens of thousands of people participated in the march in the center of the Polish capital. The organizers claim that there were about 250,000 participants, while the city authorities estimated their number at 90,000.

During the march, some activists, including the All-Polish Youth organization, burned the EU flag. An RMF journalist reported anti-government and anti-Ukrainian slogans, as well as the presence of American and Hungarian flags. Firecrackers were also allowed, although the use of pyrotechnics was prohibited.

The march concluded with a festive concert near the National Stadium. During the day, 70 people were detained, most of whom were detained for drugs, wanted for arrest, or involved in fights. Some of the detainees insulted law enforcement officers, attempted robbery, promoted Nazism, or used drones.

An installation was set up in Warsaw with images of Ukrainian soldiers who died in the war against Russia, but with faces cut out. People had the opportunity to take photos near each image, where the birth and death dates of the soldiers were indicated, as well as the words 'Become a hero'.
