And still, most retire much earlier, because we have a lot of various benefits: miners, teachers, northern residents, the military have their own pensions. Yes, in the USA pensions are higher than in Russia, but they are non-state. People create pensions for themselves. In the USA, people create retirement funds by saving money in special accounts, and the taxes you pay - are your future pension. And taxes in the USA are not 13%. In America, a person creates a pension for themselves, while our citizens practically do not participate in their own pension.
