The Defense Forces will receive full funding in 2025 - Ministry of Finance.

Ukraine plans to form the budget for 2025 taking into account the possibility of ensuring stability during wartime.
The Ministry of Finance reports that over 2.2 trillion UAH is planned to be allocated to the Defense Forces next year, accounting for 26.3% of GDP. Of this amount, 740 billion UAH will be allocated for the purchase of weapons, fully in accordance with annual needs, and almost 50 billion UAH for the production and acquisition of drones.
The budget combines internal resources and support from international partners, allowing for the financing of all planned expenditures.
'The support of partners under the Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration for Ukraine (ERA) program plays an important role. This is a mechanism that provides for receiving 50 billion USD from G7 countries with subsequent return to the revenue account from the use of frozen Russian assets,' the ministry reported.
Ukraine plans to receive 20 billion USD from the USA, 20 billion from the EU, 3 billion pounds sterling from the United Kingdom, 3.7 billion USD from Canada, and 3 billion USD from Japan.
The feature of the program is that part of these funds (from the EU and the UK) can be spent directly on defense needs. Combined with internal resources, including changes to the Tax Code, this will strengthen the military forces and satisfy all critical needs of the Defense Forces.
