«Shakhtar» lost to «Atalanta» in the second round of the Champions League.


Donetsk "Shakhtar" suffered its first defeat in the European competition season, losing heavily to the Italian "Atalanta" with a score of 0:3 in the second round of the Champions League group stage.
The "Miners" team approached the match with an unbeaten streak of four matches, including a draw with another Italian club, "Bologna" (0:0), in the first round of the Champions League. But this Time "Shakhtar" couldn't withstand the attacks of "Atalanta", which is the reigning champion of the Europa League.
The Italian club dominated throughout the match. Already in the 21st minute, Ademola Lookman passed the ball to Berat Djimsiti, who opened the score. At the end of the first half, Lookman himself scored the second goal after a pass from Sead Kolasinac.
