Russians in occupied Luhansk have begun the process of closing schools.

The number of abandoned school buildings in the occupied Luhansk region, which are being handed over to the Russian army, is increasing. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.
The low birth rate and insufficient number of school-aged children in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region have led to the closure or merger of some educational institutions.
This is a consequence of the implementation of the Russian 'national project', which leads to an increase in the number of residents trying to leave the temporarily occupied territories.
'Russian propaganda talks a lot about the 'happy and vibrant life under the tricolor', but their actions testify to the real state of affairs. The number of children is decreasing, the number of teachers is decreasing, and those who want to move from the regions of the Russian Federation to Ukraine are also decreasing,' the statement notes.
The occupiers plan to merge small schools, but some of them will be expanded together with kindergartens to justify their existence.
There is also a problem with staffing in this area, which complicates the educational process. Parents are also refusing to send their children to schools that use the Russian propaganda program.
In addition, the number of deserters among the Russian military personnel stationed in occupied Luhansk has increased.
It should be noted that Russian occupiers are confiscating housing from local residents who have not obtained Russian passports, and are also forcing Luhansk pensioners to watch propaganda films about World War II in the 'republican' library.
