The Accounting Chamber audited American aid and published the results.

The USA provided Ukraine with over $30 billion in direct budget support
According to the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, the USA provided Ukraine with over $30 billion in direct budget support during 2022-2024. These funds were used in accordance with the concluded agreements.
In particular, the received funds were implemented through several main agreements, including the project 'Support of Government Expenditures to Ensure Sustainable State Governance in Ukraine' (PEACE in Ukraine), additional agreement No. 8 to the Agreement on the Execution of the Development Task, as well as a grant from the Multi-Donor Fund for Targeted Cooperation.
The audits revealed that financial support was used effectively and in accordance with the defined objectives. These funds helped avoid a crisis in social payments, ensure timely payment of pensions and salaries, support the healthcare system, and meet the basic humanitarian needs of the population.
In 2023, an institute for monitoring the use of American aid in Ukraine was created, and a check on the targeted use of financial and security assistance was conducted.
In December 2022, the US Senate approved the country's budget project for 2023, which allocated $45 billion for aid to Ukraine and allies.
In November 2024, the Chief Inspector of the US Department of State, Cardell Richardson, arrived in Kyiv to monitor the transparency and accountability of American aid to Ukraine.
