However, 'Žalgiris' won with a score of 86:80. After the game, Lithuanian politician Petras Auštrevičius reacted to the action of Serbian fans.
'Fans of 'Crvena Zvezda' marked the arrival of the 'Žalgiris' team with the Russian flag in the stands. I would like to see this flag the way it is seen by Ukrainian soldiers. By the way, 'Žalgiris' won! Glory to Ukraine!' - he wrote.
We remind you that Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev caused a scandal with the referee during a match against Dutch player Tallon Griekspoor at a tournament in Dubai. Medvedev accused the referee of unfair warning and double standards towards Russians.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian defense forces eliminated the well-known Russian karateka Volodymyr Petrenko, which was a negative development for Russian athletes.
