The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian troops continue to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine.
'Russian invaders committed another war crime - using a 'Shahed' type drone, they massively shelled Poltava. They deliberately attacked civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and administrative premises of the oil and gas industry. The Russian aggressor cynically continues to deceive about its intentions for peace and continues to deliberately attack peaceful facilities, endangering the civilian population,' the General Staff noted.
It is noted that the occupiers commit war crimes daily on the territory of Ukraine.
'They have no statute of limitations. They are registered, documented, and submitted to the relevant international institutions. Punishment is inevitable,' the General Staff emphasized.
