Nations League Play-off. Ukraine sensationally defeated Belgium.


The Ukrainian national football team achieved a confident victory in the first match of the Nations League play-off against Belgium with a score of 3:1. This was reported by 'Glavkom'.
Before the game, Belgium was considered the favorite according to betting odds: 1.85 for their victory, 3.40 for a draw, and 4.20 for Ukraine's victory.
According to the UAF application, before the game, Ukraine's team experienced an injury to Talovyerov, so he was replaced by Svatok. Dovbyk and Bondar also did not make it to the match's roster.
Ukraine started the game brightly, creating two good chances, but Courtois saved Belgium. The Belgians also had their chances, and Lukaku opened the scoring in the match. However, in the second half, Hutsulyak, Vanat, and Zabarnyi scored goals, securing Ukraine a confident victory with a score of 3:1. The corresponding match will take place on March 23 in Genk.
