Daylight Saving Time: Will Ukraine Switch to Summer Time in 2025?.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has not yet signed the law that cancels the switch to daylight saving and standard Time in Ukraine. This law was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on August 21.
If the law had been signed, Ukraine would have remained on permanent 'winter' time since the beginning of this year. But due to the lack of the president's signature, the law has not yet come into force.
Now Ukrainians will have to set their clocks one hour forward on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 3 a.m. according to the old rules.
It is unknown when or if the president will sign this law at all.
The widespread practice of changing clocks has already passed for many countries around the world. About 140 out of 200 states have abandoned this practice, as it is harmful to health. Studies confirm that changing the time affects the risk of heart attacks, disrupts sleep and hormonal balance, and does not bring the expected energy, so the cancellation of clock changes is gaining more public support in Europe and the USA.
