Negotiations in Saudi Arabia: The White House Revealed Agreements with Ukraine.


Negotiations took place between the USA and Ukraine in Riyadh regarding security in the Black Sea, prisoner exchanges, and the protection of energy infrastructure.
According to the results of the negotiations, the parties agreed to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea and to prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes.
Both sides also reached an agreement on the exchange of prisoners of war and the return of forcibly displaced Ukrainian children.
Combating Energy Infrastructure
A significant outcome of the meeting was the achievement of an agreement prohibiting strikes on energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine. The United States and Ukraine expressed their gratitude to third countries that assist in implementing this agreement.
Promoting Peaceful Resolution
President Trump reaffirmed the necessity to halt loss of life in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to achieve a lasting peace settlement. The USA will continue to support negotiations between the parties and promote a peaceful resolution of the situation.
The USA also expressed its gratitude to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for his role in the negotiations in Saudi Arabia.
