One of the regions wants to make alerts less prolonged: how.

The head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration Ihor Taburets reported that lengthy air alerts hinder the normal functioning of the region. This year alone, there have been over 800 alerts, totaling approximately 1,300 hours. This is explained by the presence of unmanned aerial vehicles and reconnaissance unmanned aerial technology. Negotiations are currently underway with the State Emergency Service and the Air Forces to reduce the duration of alerts. It is planned to adapt the ability to declare alerts in specific areas of the region, particularly when an aerial target passes over the Uman district.
