New contractors will ensure the long-awaited rotation at the front - Ministry of Defense.

The Ministry of Defense plans to strengthen combat brigades by recruiting young contractors aged 18-24. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Lazutkin, in a television interview.
The leadership has already determined which combat positions the recruits will be assigned to, such as rifleman, scout, and grenadier. All these positions are associated with high risk and constant presence at the front.
'These are clearly defined combat positions where people risk their lives the most at the front. For example, rifleman, senior rifleman, sniper, sanitary rifleman, assistant grenadier, grenadier, senior grenadier, scout, and senior scout,' explained Lazutkin.
The spokesperson also noted that a reward of 1 million hryvnias is provided not only for servicemen of the rank and sergeant's and senior rank under 25 years old but also for those who join the army before the relevant government resolution is adopted.
'I have communicated with representatives of the units and brigades where the recruits are going to serve, who are currently signing contracts. These are our outstanding brigades: 95, 92, 10, 28, 38, 72. Everywhere, I was told that these guys are very much needed, they will help to change the people who are fighting in the trenches at the front more frequently,' emphasized Lazutkin.
To ensure quality training for recruits, a comprehensive program has been developed, which includes 45 days of basic training, 14 days of specialized training, and 2 weeks for adaptation in the brigade. Unit commanders will have the opportunity to observe the recruits during training, which will facilitate their effective integration into combat teams.
The brigades understand that this is real help - motivated people with quality training. They will be accepted as their own and will receive maximum support during adaptation,' concluded the representative of the Ministry of Defense.
