MP Venislavskyi named the main problem in the combat training of mobilized individuals.

The main problem for the mobilized is the short training period
The short training period is the main problem for mobilized servicemen, said Member of Parliament and member of the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee, Fedir Venislavskyi. Depending on the war, the physical Time is not always sufficient for full training within two to four months.
Venislavskyi noted that basic military training courses have already been shortened, and the quality of training depends on the command of military units. The committee has prepared recommendations for the Ministry of Defense and the command of the Armed Forces. One of the proposals is to spread the best practices of the most effective training grounds to all training centers.
Venislavskyi also pointed out that increasing the training time is the main criterion for effectiveness. His hope lies in a gradual increase in the effectiveness and training of servicemen.
Mobilization in Ukraine continues, leading to a reduction in the training period for the mobilized in training centers to one and a half months and an increase in hours of fire training. The program also includes new training areas that were previously unavailable.
