According to the press service of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', Russian troops attacked the railway in Chernivtsi region. Fortunately, no workers or passengers were injured.
As reported by the head of the Chernivtsi OVA Ruslan Zaparanyuk: 'As a result of falling debris, a fire broke out at the railway station in one of the districts of Chernivtsi region. The fire was promptly localized by the State Emergency Service units.'
It is also worth noting that this is not the first case of attacks by Russian troops on Ukraine's railway infrastructure. There have been earlier instances of attacks on trains in Donetsk and Chernihiv regions.
