The newly elected president of the International Olympic Committee, Kirsty Coventry, stated that she is against banning countries from participating in the Olympic Games due to military conflicts and wants to initiate negotiations about Russia's possible return to these competitions.
Coventry expressed this information in an interview with Sky News, as reported by 'Glavcom'.
I am against it, but I think each situation needs to be considered.
