The Metropolitan of the Russian Orthodox Church stated that 'normal' boys want to fight against Ukraine.

The Metropolitan of the Russian Orthodox Church of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye, Eugene (Kulberg), stated that every boy in Russia dreams of being on the front lines in Ukraine, as the fate of the country is being decided there.
The Metropolitan, speaking at the opening of an exhibition dedicated to the liberation of Suja, noted that not every boy can be at the front, which is why exhibitions are being created where one can 'touch what is happening there.' In Yekaterinburg, next to the Church on the Blood, a model of the pipe through which the Russian military infiltrated the rear of the Ukrainian army in Suj was installed.
Previously, a representative of the Russian Orthodox Church expressed support for the war with Ukraine and compared military actions to an operation. He also spoke about the need for a 'spiritual victory over the enemy in our minds.'
The Patriarch also asserted that Russia is a peace-loving country, and the Russian people do not wish for war with other states. However, he noted that humanity cannot live without wars. 'This is the sinful nature of man, but we can and must minimize the humanitarian harm from military actions if they have already begun,' emphasized the Patriarch.
Vladimir Gundyayev, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, confidently stated that the death penalty is not condemned in the Holy Scriptures, and if a person cannot be isolated, they 'must be removed.'
