Residents of the USA filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk

A group of residents from Pennsylvania, Nevada and Georgia has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's committee for failing to fulfill a promise of financial assistance. They supported their complaint by claiming that the businessman did not pay $100 to each voter who supported the petition for the protection of the American constitution. This was reported by Reuters.

Elon Musk started a campaign where he raffles off cash prizes among participants of the petition, but one participant believes that he fulfilled the conditions of the campaign, yet did not receive the prize. Therefore, he accuses Musk of deception.

Elon Musk, one of the richest people in the world with a net worth of $195 billion, promised to raffle off $1 million daily among participants of the petition for freedom of speech and the right to carry arms until the presidential election day on November 5.

Musk has also been accused of ties to the Republicans and participating in campaign events in support of Trump. The group of residents demands that the businessman fulfill the financial obligations he publicly announced during the election campaigns.
