Administrative arrest for hooliganism in a women's restroom of a shopping center
The court in Khmelnytskyi sentenced a local entrepreneur to a 15-day administrative arrest for hooligan actions committed in a women's restroom. The man used his mobile phone, an iPhone, to record how a citizen satisfied her natural needs. He was found guilty and received an administrative arrest, but did not apologize and refused to explain his actions. The victim appealed to the court, and the verdict was issued in accordance with Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The entrepreneur has the opportunity to appeal the decision within 10 days.
The court imposed a 15-day arrest and a court fee of 605.6 UAH. This verdict is considered a measure of responsibility and aims to prevent similar offenses.
It is worth noting that fines, community service, and corrective labor are provided for unnoticed hooliganism, as well as a 15-day administrative arrest.
