Utility Workers in Occupied Parts of Zaporizhzhia Are Not Receiving Salaries - National Resistance Center.

A dangerous situation has arisen in the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporizhzhia region due to the suspension of salary payments to housing and communal services workers. This was reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC).
In the housing and communal services of the Yakymivka district, 83 employees were laid off by the Russians, who had been working without pay. The situation is particularly difficult at the beginning of the heating season and during winter when there is a shortage of workers.
The occupiers use funds allocated for reconstruction solely for their own needs. For example, in Mariupol, they promise to install windows in damaged buildings only after the hostilities have ended. Additionally, funds are being raised in the occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region for the war against Ukraine. The organizers of this initiative try to conceal its true nature by presenting it as volunteer activity.
In the near future, Russia plans to change the 'passports' of the so-called 'DPR' and 'LPR,' as this is part of the plan for complete passportization in the occupied territories. Moreover, Russian occupiers are establishing Centers for the Promotion of the Russian 'language' in all occupied territories of Ukraine. In Kherson region, the occupiers are training teachers to identify children who do not support the occupation. People who do not have a Russian passport will not receive compensation after vaccination. Residents of the temporarily occupied territories may be left without heating if they do not have a Russian passport.
