Futsal Week Summer Cup: the youth team of Ukraine in futsal achieved their first victory.


Today at the international tournament Futsal Week Summer Cup in Porec, the youth team of Ukraine U-19 in futsal played their second match. After losing in the first game to the Portuguese, the Ukrainian players defeated the Slovenian team.
In the first half, the Ukrainians scored four goals, but the Slovenians also managed to score three times. In the second half, the game was tense, with both teams continuing to score goals. The Ukrainians managed to maintain the lead and achieved victory with a score of 5:4.

The Ukrainian team ranks second in their group and will advance to the next stage of the tournament. The draw for the second qualifying round of the Europa League 2025/2026 also took place, where 'Shakhtar' is participating. If 'Shakhtar' passes the first round, they will face the Turkish 'Besiktas'.
