Forum Europe Civil Security: Ukraine's Experience in Countering Russia to be Discussed in Warsaw.


Forum on Security Challenges to be Held in Warsaw
On May 21-22, the Europe Civil Security forum will take place in Warsaw, where modern security challenges and Ukraine's experience in countering the Russian aggressor will be discussed, the event organizers report.
'Global challenges require new approaches, and cooperation, support, and international interaction are key elements in creating a secure future and ensuring our common victory. Europe Civil Security is an opportunity for European countries to learn more about the unique Ukrainian experience and jointly develop effective response mechanisms to modern threats,' the organizers stated.
Panel discussions on civil protection, fire safety, monitoring systems, and danger alerting, emergency response, the role of international funds, and community associations in the implementation of security projects in communities will be conducted at the forum. Successful examples of security projects in Ukraine will also be considered.
The forum is organized by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Association of Local Self-Government Bodies 'Association of United Territorial Communities'. The event will take place with the support of the European Commission within the framework of the European Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) and will attract representatives of civil protection services from EU countries, associations of local self-government bodies from EU countries, international donors, and partners.
The forum will be held at the EXPO XXI exhibition center with financial support from the EU.
