When planning a summer vacation, many Ukrainians consider popular tourist destinations, traditionally leading among which are Egypt, Turkey, and Bulgaria. Egypt

Tourism manager Liliya Tymchuk said in a comment to 'Glavkom' that Egypt is the perfect choice for those looking for sun, sea, and affordable prices. The average cost of vacationing in the country ranges from $350 to $600 (excluding airfare, as its cost depends on the chosen airline) for seven nights for two persons in a standard hotel with all-inclusive meals.

Tymchuk also noted a new popular direction this season – El Alamein, located on the northern coast of Egypt, near Alexandria. This elite resort on the Mediterranean coast has already received the unofficial name 'the new Dubai'. It attracts tourists with clean sandy beaches, a pleasant climate without exhausting heat, modern clubs, and luxurious five-star hotels with a high level of service.

Turkey

As reported by the tourism manager in a comment to 'Glavkom', Turkey successfully combines opportunities for both active and relaxed holidays. The country attracts tourists with various resorts – from family-oriented and quiet ones to youth-oriented with vibrant nightlife. In addition, a wide range of hotels allows you to find an option for any budget.

The average cost of a vacation in the country is from $400 to $700 for seven nights for two persons in a good hotel with all-inclusive meals (excluding airfare). Specifically, bus tours are organized from Ukraine to Turkey. A tour from Kyiv to the resort cities of Turkey for 10-11 nights (including travel) on an all-inclusive basis averages from $854 to $866 for two adults. A trip to Istanbul for five nights (three nights in a hotel and two on the road) with only breakfasts included will cost approximately $569-576 for two.

Bulgaria

Liliya Tymchuk noted that Bulgaria attracts tourists with its mild climate, sandy beaches, and affordable prices. It is possible to reach the resorts by bus tours from Ukraine, making the trip economical. The average cost of a vacation in Bulgaria for 14 nights for two with an all-inclusive system is about $1188-1200 (including bus travel).

It should be noted that last year, in 2024, the Turkish authorities began to actively promote new tourist destinations, aiming to attract more tourists beyond the already well-known Antalya and Alanya. One of the new priority regions is Mersin – a resort city that tourists outside Turkey know little about so far. However, locals often call it 'a paradise corner on the coast.'
