Up to 25 thousand fines: who among the military conscripts was given 3 weeks to undergo the Military Medical Commission.

Military conscripts of Ukraine, who were previously recognized as partially fit for military service, must undergo a repeat military medical commission by February 5 of this year. Otherwise, they will face administrative responsibility, specifically a fine ranging from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias.
This was stated by Fedir Venislavskyi, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, in an interview with the YouTube channel RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the new law abolished the concept of 'partially fit' and provided a nine-month period for the repeat military medical commission for those with such status. 'This law has already come into effect, and the commission must be passed within 9 months. Thus, the question arises for those who did not meet these requirements. The Cabinet does not need separate regulation, there are no conflicts here,' Venislavskyi emphasized.
The MP also emphasized the absence of legal grounds for justifying the inability to undergo the repeat military medical commission within the specified period. He noted that administrative responsibility for violating military registration rules has been in effect for over 10 years.
It is important to understand that in this case, military enlistment offices do not have to send summonses for the commission. 'We are talking about a different category that does not need to be called up since no one is being mobilized. They must comply with the law and undergo the military medical commission,' Venislavskyi explained. He added that being called up through a summons only applies to mobilization measures regulated by other legislation.
