U.S. Secretary of State Rubio arrives in Saudi Arabia for talks with Russia: who will come from Putin.

Talks in Saudi Arabia: The U.S. and Russia seek solutions for the war in Ukraine
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has arrived in Saudi Arabia for negotiations between American and Russian delegations regarding the war in Ukraine, Reuters reports.
Rubio, along with Mike Waltz and Steve Witkoff, are part of the American delegation.
These talks mark the first high-level meeting between the U.S. and Russia in many years and precede a meeting between Trump and Putin.
The Kremlin has confirmed these talks and tracked the participants from the Russian side.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 18, and will discuss a potential agreement to end the war in Ukraine.
Ukraine will not participate in these negotiations, but they are an important step towards improving relations between the U.S. and Russia following the Trump and Putin conversation.
Zelensky has reported on the results of the meeting in Munich.
