The head of the 'Come Back Alive' fund calls for mobilization
The head of the 'Come Back Alive' fund, Taras Chmut, stated that for the proper defense of Ukraine, it is necessary to mobilize about 500,000 people. He mentioned this in an interview with DW.
"We may have a brigade that is 50% staffed, but if you ask the company commander how many shooters and direct infantry there are, the company may have 15 people, 20 people, 25 people," Chmut noted.
According to him, although the personnel list is large on paper, the real situation is different. Chmut emphasized the problems with communication regarding mobilization and the informational field, where Ukraine is losing to the Russians.
