Will there be GSM connection in Kyiv during a blackout: explanation from the KCSA.

The capital administration is increasing measures to ensure uninterrupted GSM connection during power outages.
This was announced at a briefing in the Ukraine Media Center by the deputy head of KCSA Petro Panteleev.
According to the official, all three national mobile operators have already completed the necessary technical work, installing generators and battery packs at base stations.
The city authorities have set clear requirements to ensure stable GSM communication during possible outages.
"The conditions of power cuts compel users to massively switch to mobile internet, which creates significant load on networks. Our main goal is to ensure uninterrupted GSM connection throughout the city during outages," said Panteleev.
The city authorities also implemented a system of double daily monitoring of the signal level during power outages to control the quality of communication.
