The conscription law will lead to corruption - statement by the MP
The bill regarding the conscription of employees in a state of martial law may increase the number of corrupt violations. These changes may also lead to selective decision-making. This was stated by MP Iryna Friz from the 'European Solidarity' party in the program 'Evening.LIVE' on July 18.

Iryna Friz reported that she was against the relevant bill even back when she got acquainted with it during the committee's review. She emphasized that this initiative is a corrupt scheme that may promote selective conscription due to proximity to the power structures. Such actions are unacceptable during wartime.

Previously, the Cabinet limited the ability of OVA to grant enterprises the status of critical importance, and now this status can only be obtained by institutions and organizations operating in certain areas. It is also known that the Ministry of Culture recognized the company of Sviatoslav Vakarchuk 'Supersymmetry' and LLC 'Underground Stand-up' as critically important. Representatives of these organizations will receive the right to conscription.

During the consideration of the bill regarding the conscription of employees in a state of martial law, MP Iryna Friz pointed to its corrupt possibilities and the risks of selective decision-making due to the sudden increase in the importance of certain organizations.
